Enrollment for 16-21 Year Olds in our Fully Online Diploma Program

Three Easy Steps to Registering! 

 

1. Please email the following documents to enroll@schsaz.com:​​​

• Proof of Residency:  Send a photo of a valid AZ License or ID, W-2 Wage Statement, Payroll stub, Utility bill, Rental agreement or Lease or Bank/Credit card statement.  Parents will submit this for their minor student.

• Student Birth Certificate or other reliable proof of the student’s age such as a passport,  baptismal certificate or application for a social security number

• Student Transcript from the last school attended

• Official Withdrawal from the last school attended

• Immunization Record or completed exemption form
